We take confidentiality seriously — your story, your data and your manuscript stay yours.

We collect the details you provide through our inquiry form or by email — your name, email address, optional phone number, and the information you share about your project. We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data such as pages visited, to help us improve the site.
Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, deliver the services you engage us for, and keep you updated on your project. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Any manuscript, outline, notes or recording you share remains your property. We treat all client material as confidential, share it only with team members working directly on your project, and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Files and correspondence are stored in access-controlled accounts and protected with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access strictly to those who need it.
This site may use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand general traffic patterns. These do not identify you personally, and you can block cookies through your browser settings.
We may use trusted third parties for email, file storage and publishing platform setup. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where deletion would conflict with a legal or contractual obligation, we will explain why and for how long the data must be kept.
Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Project files are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request.
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Any material change will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
