Terms of Service

Clear, fair terms so you know exactly how we work together, what you receive and what you own.

Agreement to Terms

By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or commission work.

Services

We provide ghostwriting, book and eBook writing, editing, proofreading, formatting and publishing support. The exact deliverables, schedule and fee for your project are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

Quotes and Payment

Fees are quoted per project based on scope, length and complexity. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable before work starts, with the balance due in scheduled instalments. Work may pause if an instalment is overdue.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate source material, timely feedback and any approvals needed to keep the project moving. Delays in feedback may shift agreed delivery dates.

Revisions

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds, typically two per chapter or deliverable. Additional revisions, or changes that materially expand the original scope, are quoted separately.

Ownership and Copyright

On receipt of final payment, full copyright and ownership of the delivered work transfer to you. We claim no author credit, royalties or ongoing rights unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Confidentiality

We keep your identity, materials and project details confidential. We will not publicly reference your project without your written permission, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Originality and Research

All work is written from scratch and checked for originality. Where a project relies on facts or sources you supply, you are responsible for their accuracy and for holding any necessary permissions.

Cancellation and Refunds

Either party may end an engagement in writing. You are billed for work completed and in progress up to that point; any unearned balance is refunded. Deposits covering scheduling and preparatory work are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

We deliver professional writing and publishing services but cannot guarantee sales, rankings, reviews or publisher acceptance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected project.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to new engagements; existing projects continue under the terms agreed at the time of booking.
